ABOUT THE MANOR PARC HOTEL

Manor Parc Country Hotel & Restaurant is a family business with friendly, personal service and attention to detail.

The Hotel is owned by Salvatore and Eira Salimeni.

Salvatore, from Sicily, worked in Italy, France, Switzerland and Jersey, where he met his Welsh wife Eira, before they settled in Cardiff.

They are now joined on the workforce by their son-in-law Mario who is Hotel Manager and their youngest daughter Victoria.

History of The Manor Parc
Originally, the Hotel was the family home of Charles Keen of the Steel company Guest Keen and Nettlefolds.

In1984, Salvatore and Eira acquired Manor Parc and opened a restaurant which soon gained a reputation for fine food and, over several years was extended to become a hotel.
A further restaurant and function room was added to accommodate the private and corporate demand for a beautiful venue for Weddings, conferences and functions.

The Hotel also offers well-kept grounds and a tennis court for guests to enjoy.
